Ivy finally got to go to school one week after it started on Tuesday, August 17th to start 4th grade. She was pretty happy to wake up to go. It was nice to enjoy our first day of school breakfast together and take pictures. We are praying this year brings many blessings and growth for both our little monkeys. Mimi came to help Lisa take the girls and took Lisa to the ENT after school dropped off then we went shopping for Ivy’s birthday to try to finish up our shopping then went home to rest before heading to lunch. After lunch, Mimi had to go home to take care of some things at her house while Lisa rested until the girlies got out of school.  

After school, Ivy was all smiles. She said she had a great day and enjoyed getting to see her friends. We got a donut for first day of school treat then took Leia to vision therapy. That afternoon Ivy and momma hung out in the front yard, swinging and chatting all about Ivy’s day. Mimi came back to bring a pillow in hopes it would help Chris’s back that afternoon so she picked Leia up after therapy and picked up the girls food for dinner before heading back to Gardendale.
