Holidays are awesome, even the ones that we don’t get off since school is closed. Lisa traded days to spend columbus day with the girls. She had been studying quite a bit the past couple weeks so decided Monday would be a fun day for the Comfort girls. Leia had been talking about the edible play dough we use to play with so mommy whipped up a batch and the girls got to make cookies with the play dough then snack on them. While Lisa cleaned that up the girls worked on pumpkin craft before we headed to Chickfila for breakfast and Let’s Play (both girls request). After a few hours of play mommy insisted they call it a wrap. We headed home for a little play before going to meet Mimi, Sara, Katie, aunt Stacy, and uncle Mark for lunch. Ivy headed home with Mimi since she had gymnastics on Tuesday and Lisa would be in a test. Leia and mommy went to Chuckecheese for a little one-on-one fun. it was nice to have a little date with our big girl. Daddy met us after work and the three of us enjoyed dinner and snuggled watching “My Little Pony” before it was bed time. Savoring and enjoying every minute we have with our little girls.
