Leia told mommy she was missing cousins Sara and Katie since she does not get to play with them as much at her new school. Thus Friday, Lisa and the girls had planned on going to a fun filled exciting play date with cousins Sara and Katie, aunt Stacy, and Mimi. Unfortunately when upon arriving to Treetop with over 4 acres of family fun they did not open till noon (the website said they opened at 10 and we couldn’t wait since Mimi needed to get back to work). The girls had been pumped up about it so we had to come up with something lots of fun to do in its place.

Sara and Katie had not been to the huge park near the Comfort house so that would be a perfect place to go. After all, what kid doesn’t like huge slides, lots of swings, a merry-go-round (something not seen at many parks these days), and a climbing toys. Mission accomplished; the girls had a blast! The moms and Mimi enjoyed it as well. It is a blessing to be able to have play-dates throughout the week with our family.

 

Everyone hit the swings

Then the big girls headed to the  merry-go-round

Ivy said wait on me

Then she joined them

 

But Ivy’s favorite was the swing and Mimi obliged her happily

    

The big kids climbed

Sara was the only only one brave enough to climb on the ropes this time

Mimi and Ivy watched all the fun

Sara and Leia went down the fast slide

  

Katie wanted to go down the fast slide but was a little hesitate so Mimi to the rescue
