Now that I have found my camera so that pictures can be added here are the June highlights with pictures starting with Leia and Ivy’s favorite Uncles Birthdays on June 7th and 8th. 🙂
Uncle Mark turned 21 for the twelfth year in a row. We got to go celebrate with him at his favorite restaurant in town, Carrabbas on Tio Diego’s birthday which is a day before Mark’s (this completely confused Leia singing Happy Birthday to both of them on the same day). After dinner the celebration went back to our house for ice cream cake and present time. The girls had a GREAT time opening Mark’s gifts. Aunt Stacy took Mark on a trip for his birthday on his actual birthday but Lisa, Leia, Ivy, Mimi, Sara, and Katie hung out that day and all celebrated Mark’s day, even sending him a Happy Birthday video.

The girls played while the cake softened – did not want to break a electric knife this birthday

Cousin Sara made sure Ivy was part of the festivities

Mimi had Ivy on floor

Ivy got up on all fours

Of course big sister and cousins came over

They showed her how to crawl

She showed them how to roll

Unfortunately with the 200 something miles between us we were not able to go out and celebrate Diego’s birthday with him on his birthday with aunt Kelly, cousins Adrian and Alicia, Deedee, and Grandpa but Leia sent, “my Diego” (as Leia says) a Happy Birthday wish and we got to hug Diego’s neck a week late when we went to celebrate cousin Alicia’s 1st birthday. We were told that Adrian helped his Papa pick out a spiderman birthday cake to celebrate his special day. Wish we could had celebrated with you all too. (I have attempted multiple times to upload the video however gave up since it keeps either showing the picture with no sound or sound with no picture … it is likely an operators error … thus that will be a Chris job!)
