Last week Chris had to go out of town a few days so Mimi had to spend the night with Lisa and the girls to help get Leia to school and keep Ivy. Since she helped out so much Chris said he would take off Monday so Mimi had a break and could get some stuff at her office wrapped up. This marked the first day that Chris spent all day with both girls. Luckily the girls were on there best behavior. They both slept in for daddy and napped very well (why is it they sleep in for daddy and take long nap for daddy and not mommy?). Lisa came home at lunch to check on things, bring lunch, and feed Ivy. Daddy looked a little overwhelmed but was doing great! Lisa had left the camera but Chris neglected to take pictures (maybe on Wednesday when he is home with them there will be time for pictures). That night we went out to dinner as an award for a great job/to let daddy get out of the house with some friends but before heading out daddy had to get on the computer. He may have been having withdrawals not being able to get on it through out the day at his leisure.

Mommy entertained the girls and herself by taking pictures. Thought we would share a few of the girls by the tree.

 Ivy was sitting by the tree waiting on sister to come join her

but sister was busy throwing a fit because she wanted in the bumbo

Leia decided sister should ‘share’ the bumbo and sat on her

Mommy got sister out and calmed her before talking with Leia

Leia was still crying though so Ivy started crying too (this is common in our house for both girls)

Everyone was happy when mommy held them both

Leia decided she should hold sister next

We managed to get a picture with Ivy in bumbo but Leia only would sit in mommy’s lap

Everybody wanted to go with mommy when she got up

After our fit, right before we left the house of course Leia wanted to take pictures
