Field trip and first soccer goal of the season

What a fun week where we count our blessings and thank God for the fun family times and people in our life.

Love these little princesses and the excitement they bring even to bed time. God I pray they have sweet dreams every night and you protect them every day.

Lisa took the monkeys to soccer practice this week but we got in fun park time before since we were “so early”

With daddy out of town mommy had school drop off and pick up duty. Thankful we live close by our cousins now and could take big sis to Sara and Katie’s house early. Ivy was a little sad she did not get to stay there so mommy and Ivy got a breakfast date. Her choice donuts; she ate hers and mommy’s

Friday was field trip day for the Comfort girls. Mommy and daddy divided and conquered. Mommy with with Leia to the American Village in Montevallo. It was fun watching Leia with her friends and learning about when the pilgrims traveled to America. Although the kids were disappointed they were arriving back at school as early as they did but at least we had a morning break. Daddy went with Ivy to a farm. They got to ride a hayride to get a pumpkin, paint their pumpkin, ride a pony, pet farm animals, enjoy lunch with friends, and wad in a creek. Of course, Ivy got to come home after her field trip and Leia did not think that was fair but she did her homework when she got here so it all balanced off. To top off a great day Leia got her first goal of the season at the soccer game tonight. It was a fun day by all our family!
