Our big girl made it through her first day of first grade. She started a new school this year so the first day we went to Sara and Katie’s house then road with uncle Mark so we could figure out the crazy drop off lines and her cousins could walk sweet Leia into school. Praying it is a great year!

Unfortunately with the craziness that has been going on we neglected to get the picture with what Leia says she wants and her favorites are so I will just post them to remember  🙂

We had so much fun the first day of school we repeated it on the second and had breakfast with Sara and Katie again.

Ivy realized Leia was at a different school the second day so we went to have lunch with the girls
Leia asked if it could be weekly like in kindergarten so we will try too since the day she does not want us to come mommy will be sad. Treasuring this season in life!


Leia got to spend the night one night with her cousins for school since christ was traveling to help Lisa out so sweet Katie let Ivy borrow baby William so she would not be sad

Ivy and mommy entertain themselves waiting for Leia to get out of school since we leave early do to having to drive across town until we close on the new house. Miss our big sister when she is not with us.
  

How much fun is it going to school with your cousins. The girls got to play while we took shifts watching them so Stacy and Mark could go to Sara and Katie’s teacher parent orientation and we could go to Leia’s since the kids were not suppose to go.

Weekends after school start are even sweeter! We got to celebrate Ava’s birthday and play in the pool the first weekend after school began.
 

The day we got a contract on our house was a double rainbow kind of day!
Thank you God for answering our prayers and helping us get a contract before we closed on the new house. Praying the inspection goes well and the closing is successful.
