The week before Father’s Day Chris had to go to Atlanta for a conference so Lisa and the girls went ahead and rode over with him on Wednesday to surprise Alicia on her real birthday and spend the night with them. She did not know that we were coming and was a little surprised when we arrived. Alicia and Ivy talked and played well past their bed time but were the first two awake the next morning too.
Dinner on the way

Leia thought is was funny to put the napkin on daddy

We were so happy we were able to surprise Alicia and have cake with her on her real birthday

Thursday, Kelly and Lisa took the kids to White Water. We all had a blast! We decided on the way up that we would stay as long as the kids were having fun and wanted to stay; thinking it’d be a success if we stayed till after lunch after the late night. To our surprise the kids lasted till about 4:00. We all headed over to Grandpa and Deedee’s after the fun day at the water park for burgers and hotdogs. Everyone enjoyed getting to play a little longer too.
Fun at White Waters

Deedee and Grandpa cooked burgers and hotdogs Thursday evening and we all got to enjoy a little playtime

Friday, morning Lisa woke with a princess snuggled to each arm. It was a moment where she just laid there counting her blessings and praying over our little ones. Never want to take the time God gives us for granted and treasure up the heavenly moments. The girls played with Grandpa and Deedee that morning then Lisa and the girls headed to meet Diego, Kelly and kids at the movies to see Where’s Dory’s Family movie that just had come out. We headed back to the Requena-Comfort house for lunch and play until Deedee, Grandpa, and Chris got back. That evening Chris and Lisa got to go on a date while the girls played with Grandpa and Deedee. Thankful, for date nights with a handsome man.
Blessed to get to snuggle our princesses!
Movie time … the seats were awesome, even had a foot rest

Saturday, the boys went golfing while the girls went to Bubbles and Brushes to meet Kelly and the kids. The three little girls all painted while Adrian played a basketball card game and on his iPad. After a fun morning of painted we headed towards the pool and made a stop off at the park. When the kids were ready we walked across to the pool but it was the only cold day in months so it did not last long. However, the park was a big success. We headed back to Grandpa and Deedee’s to met up with the guys for a little r&r before heading to dinner and to meet Kelly and the kids for ice-cream that evening.
Saturday morning fun for the girls while Chris and Gene golfed
Saturday afternoon fun

Sunday, Deedee, Lisa and Ivy went and picked up donuts so we could have “Donuts with Dad” at Grandpa and Deedee’s house. Kelly and the kids came over so we all had a nice time until it was time to hit the road. We headed straight to Mimi’s for a late Father’s Day lunch. Mimi treated each father there to their pick (of course all her girls got what they wanted too). It was a great day celebrating the fathers in our lives. We are blessed to have each one of them!
Leia and Ivy jumped on Chris to wake him and say happy father’s day. Lots of fun celebrating the wonderful father’s in our life.
Little collage for daddy on Father’s Day. So thankful he loves his girls so well and we love him to the moon and back!

So glad you had such a great time with everyone and got to see Kelly and family before they left for Spain!! Love, Aunt Joy
