Our baby girl is officially 4. She lived it up this birthday; it was a great day! Yesterday, her trundle bed was delivered so sissy got to sleep with her and they woke up together on Ivy’s birthday at 5:15am. Daddy went and got them at 5:45 before leaving for work so he could tell her happy birthday then the Comfort girls got to snuggle and watch a show before cooking Ivy’s breakfast order, chocolate chip pancakes. Ivy got to open one more big present, a big bear that needed two people to move it before Leia left for school. Mimi came over that morning to see our birthday girl too. Ivy got to open the presents she brought then modeled for us and we got to play a board game that she opened before mommy left for an appointment. She went with Mimi for a treat and fun time at Let’s Play. As a extra surprise she got to dance with Minnie Mouse at Let’s Play. After having all the fun they could have the birthday girl and Mimi met Lisa for a birthday lunch at Carrabbas. After lunch Mimi headed home. Lisa and Ivy headed home to play and wait on sister to get home from school. When Leia got off the bus we headed back to Let’s Play for fun with Leia too (Ivy missed her there especially but Mimi climbed in all the toys with her). Mommy had asked if a character could come for a dance party this afternoon too so Buzz Light Year came out for a dance party with our birthday girl. After a couple hours of play daddy got off work and we all headed home for dinner and to celebrate Ivy’s big day with our little family. Ivy order for dinner was mac-n-cheese at home. So we had dinner at home then sung happy birthday to our little princess and she got to make a wish. We ended the day with a family board game, lots of laughs playing tickle monster, chase, get-a-way, and climb on daddy before the girls went to climb in Ivy’s new trundle bed to end Ivy’s 4th birthday together. Blessed sweet little Ivy joined our family 4 years ago, she adds so much fun, giggles, and love to our family. We pray her future is is as bright as her smile and she follows the plans God has for her precious life all her days.
