Our girls have claimed this was the funnest week. The girls started off this week at a pool party at Mimi’s with her neighbors and ended up spending the first half of the week with Mimi. Lisa had loaded the car Sunday to head home since she had work to do and Mimi said they could just spend the night and day with her instead of going to school Monday (happy girls!). Monday they played, explored, and had fun with Mimi at McWane. That evening Lisa spent the night at Mimi’s too for a little time with Mimi. However, we did not get momma/daughter time that evening since Lisa was the first to fall asleep; thank you Mimi for getting a blanket, always looking out for you chickadees. Tuesday, the girls had a relaxing morning then we headed to the movies to watch “Inside Out” before going back for more fun at Mimi’s. Lisa had to go home that night but the girls got another spend the night party with Mimi. Wednesday Leia requested a PJ, movie morning so that is what Mimi had with them before Sara, Katie, and Stacy showed up for a little cousin playtime. That evening when Lisa got off work we all met at Nikki’s for dinner then Sara and Katie headed home with us to extend the playtime. They had a spend the night party and just had fun playing at the house and spending time together; all 4 said it was the best day ever. The only sad part of this week was that Chris was out of town so we only got to FaceTime him and talk on the phone but he came home Thursday afternoon and has Friday off so we plan on having a great long weekend with him. A added bonus Grandpa and Deedee coming over Friday too. Blessed to be able to enjoy this time in our life with family nearby and friends; love all our family near and far.

Spend the night party at our house with cousins Sara and Ivy. Set it up for the 4 monkeys to sleep in Leia’s room but Ivy was causing trouble so she ended up in bed with mommy and the other 3 fell asleep in 3 minutes. Everyone slept in the next morning (7 o’clock, YES!) and migrated to the master bed room to watch TV and wake up. Blessed beyond measure watching these little girls grow up
Fun day with cousins just playing at home. The girls did exactly what they wanted to do, playing, using their imagination, and when the weather allowed went outside. It was a awesome day!
