This year Chris said he wanted to stay home and not travel anywhere for Thanksgiving so we spent it at Mimi’s house; missed our family we did not get to see this holiday but pray each of you enjoyed your holiday and cherished the time you had with loved ones. I am grateful for the blessings God has given us…especially his promise of eternity, precious family and friends to walk this life with! May I treasure the moments and be present in them with the people I have in my life…it is a mist here on earth but eternity will be forever. I remind myself of that as we miss our sweet daddy everyday. I pray to love each of them well!

Leia and Mommy spent the night with Mimi and helped her decorate the tree then spent Thanksgiving morning with her. Although I do not think we helped cook as much as I’d planned but sure did enjoy the morning laughing and playing “turkey doctor”
 

We managed to get a few pictures of the immediate family and one of Mimi cooking but did not get family shots of everyone there … we will do better at Christmas
