Leia spent the night in aunt Stacy/Mimi’s room instead of with mommy and daddy. She was up early whereas the we had to wake the girls in our room up to head to Polynesian to get the strollers (one of the best investments we made on our trip!). Mimi, Ivy, Leia, Lisa and Chris all jumped on the bus to head to the Polynesian. We were surprised when we got there that our room was ready at 8 o’clock in the morning. We grab the stroller and headed to Magic Kingdom. By far everyone’s favorite park! Ivy’s favorite ride was “It’s a Small World” – I am glad daddy got a fast pass on Sunday since it was closed the rest of the week. The girls were amazed at Cinderella’s castle and squealed when they saw it. Leia and Katie liked watching the shows a lot! Sara liked the adventure on the rides. We were all a little overwhelmed with the size of it (at least I was) and felt a little disoriented the first day. We debated staying at the park and skipping naps since it was so late in the day and we had “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party” tickets that evening but decided to head back to attempt to nap. By the time we got back we had 40 minutes but it did give Lisa enough time to unpack after Chris called to get our bags brought up to the room (this helped Lisa relax once everything was settled and we could get the surprises we brought the girls for Mickey’s party out). We headed back for Mickey’s party at Magic Kingdom. We got great spot to watch the show at Cinderella’s castle but did not get front row seats for the parade. However, the girls all got good seats on our shoulders. It was adorable listening to Ivy yell for Mickey and wave however she would not get close to any character with a mask on. We headed out as soon as the parade was over since everyone was tired and figured we would catch the fireworks in Mimi’s room before everyone hit the sack but did not make it back to the hotel before they were over. Chris, Lisa, Leia, Ivy, and Mimi stopped by Kona in the restaurant for dinner. However, after a long day and the second one with no nap Leia passed out in the stroller, Ivy was still up ready to party when we got her back to the room for night night.
On the bus to our hotel for the night and to get the strollers

Before heading to the park the girls got to open a surprise – a autograph book

Monorail ride – the girls loved it and it was nice being at a hotel with the access

Walking into Magic Kingdom the first time and cinderella and her friends were putting on a show

Of course we stopped to watch
Fun on rides – jungle cruise, small world, Aladdin’s carpet, one of biggest carousals the girls have ever saw, and more

The girls loved meeting the princesses and Mickey however Ivy was scared of any character with a mask so mommy held her
