Chris has a meeting in Atlanta the weekend before Grandpa was heading to Scotland to play golf. Lisa and the girls took advantage of Chris’s trip and decided to drive over and meet up at Grandpa and Deedee’s so we could see Grandpa before he left on a golfing trip. Lisa had planned on getting there before lunch on Friday; it ended up being late that afternoon since we were in the middle of re-landscaping the whole yard (there will be before and after pictures once it is completed). However, we all made it safe and sound and it was a long weekend so we thought we could stay till late Sunday or Monday. An added bonus, Chris and Lisa got a date night Friday evening while Grandpa and Deedee kept the girls. It was so nice to have a date night. Thank you for keeping the girls 🙂

Maybe we should had left the camera with the girls so we could had gotten pictures of their fun time with Grandpa and Deedee

Saturday was slam-packed with fun for the girls! The boys went to play golf in the morning while the girls played, went shopping, and to the park then when the guys got home we all headed to the pool before grabbing a bit to eat. Ivy ate 2 whole quesadillas herself. We were all tired at bedtime (except Ivy who had a hard time sleeping).

Sunday we ended up heading back earlier than anticipated but we sure did enjoy the trip!
