We have been working on potty training with Leia a few weeks now and she is doing awesome! Chris must really enjoy not having to change diapers since he started trying to teach Ivy tonight. Yes our 6 month, 1 week, and 3 day old went potty on the big girl potty tonight. Not that we expected it at this age but everything fell into place. Chris was getting Ivy ready for the bath and all the sudden ran to the potty with Ivy in-hand to let her potty. He may have been driven to get her there so he didn’t have to clean up a mess in the floor (or himself) but everyone starts somewhere. Lisa found it amusing and bragged on Ivy to big sister in hopes it will continue encouraging Leia to use the big girl potty so we don’t have to buy as many diapers in the near future. (Pictures will not be posted of this private act but we had to praise her for the good job going potty since we are in training mode in our house and everyone in training gets praised for a good job.)
