Leia had her first ever band concert (in person).  It was a Christmas themed performance. They got to get all dressed up in fancy dresses and show all the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends that wanted to come what they had accomplished thus far this semester. We have saw and heard Leia’s progress throughout the semester and been impressed with what she has learned. However, hearing all the instruments together got everyone in the Christmas Spirit. Chris was not strong enough to go after his low sugar episode this morning; our neighbors/friends, Wes and Dr Charlie came to the house to hang out with Chris while momma went with the girlies. We took videos of each song Leia played in for him so he could enjoy it as well. Thankful to see our girl do something she enjoys and for the family that joined us to support our girl!
