Leia and Ivy went to Camille’s birthday party Saturday. On our way I started thinking that from mid October to mid December is a popular time for birthdays around our house. Leia has started to learn the happy birthday song and has associated cake with birthdays. We met Camille when Leia was just a few weeks old along with Annie and Kellum. We neglected taking pictures at Annie’s birthday (Ivy was only 5 weeks old) but like I said previously we are trying to do better with capturing memories on film. The kids are growing so fast it is nice to get to go back and look at the pictures; plus it helps us remember all the great times.  

Camille’s party was at gymboree and all the kids had a blast! We had never been there before but Leia took off to climb, jump, and slide like a pro. Everyone (even moms and dads) got to play with the parachute, and particapate in the dancing and singing. Ivy joined in for part of the fun as well. Her face was priceless going down the slide (unfortuantly I couldn’t get a picture) and bang the tube (picture below). Leia and mommy had to help her with banging but it was so sweet to see Leia come over to help sissy as soon as she saw her playing. All the excitement wore Ivy (and daddy) out so they took a little nap while Leia continued running around and enjoyed pizza and cake. It was a great party!
