Lisa has moved to working at the plant for a project (miss the 5 minute commute) and Chris had to work downtown for a week week so it was going to be challenging to get the girls to school and full day in at work since both needed to leave before daycare opened. We’d asked for help one day but our sweet Mimi offered to help us both days that Lisa needed to work. She spent the night with us one evening to take the girls to school since she had appointments that day already planned, then the next work day the girlies spent the night and stay with her the next day. As a little bonus, the girls were surprised their cousins were there too. We are thankful for her generosity and willingness to offer more help than was even asked and that our littles had so much fun. Thank you Mimi; we love you!!

Ready to go to school but first they stopped by to get a treat

Mommy did not get as many pictures sent from their day at Mimi’s this time but Mimi sent one of sweet Ivy doing a craft herself (usually she starts it and asks us to finish it) and one of the 15 minutes of iPad time they get so Mimi can cook, prep stuff, etc for next activity. We did get to talk so mommy knew the girls had a blast swimming with their cousins, going on a nature walk exploring for exciting new things in Mimi’s yard, doing crafts, and more … Thank you Mimi
 

That Friday, Mimi still was going to keep Sara and Katie and Chris had a work function Thursday evening and had to go in early Friday so the Comfort girls made a girls party for Friday. We had a great time playing at Mmi’s, then got out of the house and went bowling, to ride the carousal and train, lunch, shopping for Katie’s birthday party supplies, and of course the girls got a treat at the mall … enjoy the days we just get to go have fun
