Happy Father’s Day

Blessed to get to spend Father’s day with 4 great daddies while missing a very special daddy. My heart still longs to get to talk to my daddy (Papa) and celebrate with him but thankful for the years God gave me with him and the influence he still has on our lives today. Never imaging celebrating or living a day without him, I cherish the moments with family and friends more, realizing tomorrow one of them may not be there to call, hug, or visit. Every day needs to be lived to the fullest and people know you love them (thankful every day for the extra hug I got from my daddy the last day I saw him). Today, we were fortunate to celebrate with my father-in-love and brother-in-loves. We started our celebration with our daddy, Grandpa, and uncle Diego at breakfast/brunch. The kids got to hit golf balls (Ivy might be a golfer like her daddy) and run around to get energy out before we drove back to Mimi’s to celebrate with uncle Mark. Mimi had gotten a ice-cream cake to celebrate her grand-girls daddies. So thankful to get to spend time with the ones we love and that my girls have an amazing daddy who loves his family deeply! We love you bunches, Chris!

Happy Father’s Day, Papa!
There is not a day that goes by that you are not thought of, loved, and missed. Did not want to let this day pass without acknowledging a great man that is gone but not forgotten. Since could not get new pictures, the last Father’s Day we had with Papa.  I see these images when I close my eyes and think about Father’s day. It was a fun time with him.
