Being a mommy is something that I knew I wanted to be from a young age. When asked growing up what I wanted to be my response normally was a wife/mommy. My dream came true over 4 years ago and I count my blessings daily to have two beautiful, healthy girls and a loving husband/daddy. Special days like today are even more cherished now knowing how quickly life can change and people we love may not be there to share the time together. Blessed we spend it or at least talk to our momma and mother-in-love on mother’s day. Chris cooked a yummy breakfast for me while the girls and I snuggled before they surprised me with a couple gifts and cards (a cheese grater and new camera lease to get better pictures of the family). We got to talk to our Mimi and Deedee before heading to church. The girls stayed in the big service with us too for extra time together on mommy’s day, their idea :). We went to Mimi’s afterwards to have lunch and to hang out a little bit. It was a great day relaxing, enjoying time with family, watching girls swim (first time this year), and just being a mommy.
So blessed to be these two precious, princesses’ mommy!

Thank you to my momma for being a great example of a mom. You are admired by your children and we are so blessed to get to call you momma
