Friday afternoon we headed to a new to us, splash pad adventure near our house to check it out. It has been years since we have taken the girls to a splash pad. The Talley’s had asked about going so we said we are in, after checking it out online and decided to do a picnic lunch too. When we got there we realized they no longer had picnic tables and did not see anyone eating in the park so we ‘picnicked’ in the car before going to play. Although, later that day we did notice others doing picnic blankets in the water and park area so next time we can do that. It was a fun afternoon with great fellowship and laughter. It was nice that the girls played with Max too so Holly did not have to chase him. We headed home for the girls to rest before horse camp but it got cancelled shortly before we would have left to go so instead we planned an impromptu dinner\/game night with the neighbors. Blessed to have such fun neighbors that are up for last minute fun!<\/p>\n
